   • —Led engineers across teams to design and build a multi-tenant campaign management and execution system that lets marketers run push and in-app campaigns end to end (UI, campaign management service, execution server); now sending ~500K notifications/day, with additional orgs in talks to onboard
   • —Led migration of mobile push state tracking from a legacy system to a new cross-platform (Android + iOS) client library and central datastore, now the source of truth for push across Amazon Music, onboarded by multiple teams and powering BI dashboards
   • —Architected a cross-channel notification governance layer (push + in-app) enforcing customer policies such as quiet hours; designed the integration with an applied science team's ML ranking model for in-app messages, lifting CTR by 55 bps
   • —Led integration with BandsInTown for location-aware concert push notifications, processing up to 200MM customers/month against geographic proximity rules; designed rate limiting and a Bloom filter over cached opted-in customers, cutting downstream TPS by ~80%
